Salary Range:
$50,000–$65,000 annually, based on qualifications and experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in analyzing customer service performance metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities.

  • Collaborate with team members to develop and implement strategies to enhance the customer experience.

  • Provide input on customer feedback to ensure alignment with business goals.

  • Participate in cross-functional team discussions to align customer service strategies with sales and marketing initiatives.

  • Support the creation of customer loyalty programs and performance reports.

  • Stay updated on industry trends to recommend new approaches to customer service challenges.



  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
