Job Description - Entry-Level Sales Representative

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing business clients while identifying opportunities for account growth.
• Conduct outbound calls and emails to prospective customers to introduce company products and services.
• Schedule and participate in client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Prepare sales quotations, proposals, and customer account documentation.
• Track sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress within the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

• 0–2 years of professional experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, or related fields.
• Recent graduates and candidates seeking to start a career in B2B sales are encouraged to apply.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn sales techniques and business development strategies.
• Conversational to business-level English proficiency.
• Native or business-level Japanese proficiency.
