Position Description:


This role’s responsibility is to support project management and field operations teams by coordinating environmental compliance activities, documentation, inspections, and reporting. This role ensures alignment with project environmental plans, regulatory requirements, and company standards while providing administrative and field support to project leadership.


This position operates in both office and field environments and requires collaboration with project managers, engineers, superintendents, and environmental stakeholders.


 


Position Qualifications:



  • Guam residency required.

  • 2+ years administrative experience.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and in a dynamic field environment.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

  • Associate degree preferred.

  • Experience with environmental compliance programs (SWPPP, HAZMAT, erosion control, etc.) preferred.

  • Basic knowledge of federal, state, or local environmental regulations preferred.

  • Construction or project-based administrative experience preferred.


 


Essential Duties:



  • Maintain and manage environmental compliance documentation, including SWPPP, HACP, inspection logs, permits, and incident records.

  • Perform routine site inspections to verify BMP implementation and identify corrective actions.

  • Complete inspection reports and coordinate resolution of compliance issues with responsible project team members.

  • Conduct HACP inspections and maintain associated logs and documentation.

  • Inspect incoming and outgoing materials, cargo, and containers to ensure environmental compliance.

  • Maintain organized project files by scanning, uploading, and tracking environmental records on project servers.

  • Support environmental training efforts by assisting with onboarding and coaching junior or field staff.

  • Assist project leadership with audits, reporting, and regulatory documentation requirements.

  • Provide general administrative and coordination support to environmental and project management teams.


 


Physical Work Classification & Demands:


• Light Work. Exerting up to 25 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects.


• The individual in this position will periodically walk, kneel, sit, crouch, reach, stoop, read/see, speak, push, pull, lift, stand, and finger/type. The frequency of each action varies by workflow and office activity.


• Walking - The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, boxes, cabinets, etc.


• Constantly operates a computer and other office machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, phone, computer, and computer printer.


• The person in this position frequently communicates with employees and external stakeholders regarding a variety of topics related to office administration.


• Constantly computes, analyzes, and conceptualizes mathematical calculations and formulas.


• Constantly reads written communications and views email submissions.


• The person in this position regularly sits in a stationary position in front of a computer screen.


• Visual acuity and ability to operate a vehicle as certified and appropriate.


• Rarely exposed to high and low temperatures 


• Rarely exposed to noisy environments and outdoor elements such as precipitation and wind.
