Environmental, Health, & Safety Coordinator

Talent Source is hiring an Environmental, Health, & Safety (EH&S) Coordinator to join our team. This role focuses on implementing and monitoring industrial safety programs, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting a safe work environment for all employees.

Job Duties:

• 
  

  Implement and monitor industrial environmental, health, and safety programs.

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure workforce compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

  
  


• 
  

  Provide regulatory consultation to production teams.

  
  


• 
  

  Conduct audits and inspections of work processes and industrial equipment.

  
  


• 
  

  Report non-compliance or hazardous conditions and recommend corrective actions.

  
  


• 
  

  Investigate unplanned events, including injuries, hazardous materials incidents, spills, or fire/smoke events.

  
  


• 
  

  Create and disseminate comprehensive investigation reports to management.

  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  

  Ability to recognize, evaluate, and control occupational safety hazards.

  
  


• 
  

  Knowledge of applicable regulations and US Navy Standard items.

  
  


• 
  

  Excellent written and oral communication skills; able to engage with all levels of the workforce.

  
  


• 
  

  Proficient in PCs and Microsoft Office applications.

  
  


• 
  

  Certified OSH 5400 Instructor.

  
  


• 
  

  Flexibility to work any shift.

  
  


• 
  

  U.S. Citizen and able to acquire a DBIDS credential.

  
  

Pay Range: $28 – $32.00/hour
