Environmental Health and Safety Coordinator Senior

The Environmental Health and Safety Coordinator Senior serve as a key EHS subject matter expert within a manufacturing facility, leading initiatives that ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards. This role drives continuous improvement in safety performance, systems, and culture while partnering with cross-functional teams. The position plays a critical role in advancing EHS strategies, strengthening workforce engagement, and supporting governance processes. It also provides hands-on expertise to enhance safety performance and mitigate risks across operations.

What You Will Do
• Provide EHS expertise and coaching on the manufacturing floor, identifying improvement opportunities and supporting implementation of solutions
• Lead and support incident investigations, including causal analysis and implementation of corrective actions
• Track, analyze, and report EHS key performance indicators while advising on regulatory and compliance requirements
• Conduct inspections and audits of EHS processes and equipment to ensure compliance and effectiveness
• Drive continuous improvement of EHS programs and management systems across the facility
• Maintain compliance with environmental permits and site-specific regulatory requirements

What We’re Looking For
• Bachelor’s degree in environmental, Health and Safety or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in environmental and/or health and safety, including implementation of safety programs
• Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and state regulations, as well as environmental management systems such as ISO 14001
• Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and data tracking systems
