Environmental Services / Custodial Manager 2

Sodexo is seeking an evening Environmental Services / Custodial Manager 2, for AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center, Mainland campus, located in Pomona, New Jersey. This position will manage the housekeeping department in a 350 bed acute care facility. This is a 2nd shift position, with some weekends and holidays. This position reports directly to a General Manager on - site with a team of approximately 25-30 frontline housekeepers.

• be responsible for driving client and patient satisfaction scores
• provide a clean and safe environment for patients, visitors and staff and works closely with the Infectious Control department
• lead teams and departmental projects and initiatives
• effectively manage the Unit Operating System
