SHINE Technologies is seeking an Environmental Specialist who will be responsible for implementing the requirements of SHINE’s environmental compliance programs. The Environmental Specialist will work with the SHINE Director EHS-RP to interface with external and internal stakeholders, ensuring activities are conducted in compliance with regulatory requirements and commitments. This position works as part of a collaborative team of EHS personnel to drive continuous improvement and regulatory compliance across multiple SHINE facilities.
The base salary range for this position is $83,000 - $120,000 per year plus a comprehensive compensation package. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.

Eligibility for employment is conditioned on the applicant’s ability to qualify for access to information subject to U.S. Export Controls. Additionally, applicant’s eligibility may be conditioned based upon meeting the Nuclear Regulatory Commission requirements for access to Safeguards Information, which typically requires a pre-employment drug screen, fingerprinting and criminal background check.
