The Environmental Specialist plays an important role in creating a clean, safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our residents, families, and team members. We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented individual who takes pride in their work, demonstrates compassion for others, and understands the importance of maintaining an environment that supports quality care and resident well-being.

The Environmental Specialist is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation throughout the community, including resident rooms, common areas, offices, and other assigned spaces. This position works as an essential member of the team to ensure our community is maintained to a high standard and provides a comfortable environment for those we serve.

• Previous housekeeping, environmental services, janitorial, or healthcare experience.
• Experience working in a healthcare or long-term care environment 
• Ability to follow cleaning and sanitation procedures and maintain established standards.
• Ability to safely operate cleaning equipment and use cleaning products according to established guidelines.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently and manage assigned responsibilities effectively.
