The Listing Manager (LM) works closely with the Listing Agent. Together, they deliver the most impressive customer service to the clientele. Communication is the cornerstone of their success and reputation. The Listing Manager is flawless with communicating via text, email, mobile app, in person and/or over the phone.

The Listing Manager can be trusted to meet deadlines and exceed client’s expectations. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Oversee all aspects of sellers’ transactions from initial contact to executed purchase agreement. This can include:
    • Schedule and coordinate strategy sessions with listing agents and clients
    • Summarize repair requests from buyers. Estimate costs and report findings to listing agent.
    • Provide receipts and schedules final walk through with buyer agents to satisfy closing requirements.
  • Consult and coordinate sellers, photographers, videographers, contractors, appraisers, home inspectors, showing agents, stagers, signage, lockbox, access requirements, and marketing activities
  • Coordinate showings & obtain feedback
  • Minor negotiations as needed
  • Prepare the following listing materials: sellers’ disclosures and appraisal dispute research
  • Provide proactive weekly feedback to sellers regarding all showings and marketing activities
  • Coordinate all public open houses and broker open houses.
  • Input all listing information into MLS and marketing websites and update as needed
  • Report back to listing agent if there are any problems or concerns on behalf of the client
  • Works closely with transaction coordinators and provides important details regarding contracts or amendments
