• No of Exam Rooms: 2 per provider

• Beds in the Dept: 4

• EMR: Epic

• Hospital Privileges required: Yes

Requirements:

• Active WA License

• BC/BE

• BLS, ACLS

• Must have completed (or in the process of completion) an ACGME accredited Epilepsy fellowship program
