Skorpios Technologies, Inc an innovator in composite silicon photonic technology and semiconductor development. This is an opportunity to work with a highly motivated, high performance technical team on highly differentiated, disruptive technologies.
The Equipment Maintenance Manager ensures that Skorpios’ semiconductor processing (CMP, etch, films, lithography, wet tools), metrology, and packaging equipment is clean, stable, and available for a 24x365 semiconductor fab operation. The Equipment Maintenance Manager ensures rapid response to equipment failures, as well as execution of preventive maintenance plans to minimize failures. The Equipment Maintenance Manager analyzes equipment availability, MTBF and MTTR, failure modes and mode changes in order to update protocols, or to identify negative trends and propose plans to mitigate them. This position is expected to work closely with the manufacturing team and engineering for scheduling and troubleshooting of issues. This position requires direct engagement and hands-on activities for equipment repairs in the cleanroom.

Compensation and Benefits
Skorpios embraces a Total Compensation philosophy that includes a base salary and eligibility for overtime for non-exempt roles.

Expected salary range: $150,000 to 170,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
The actual starting rate will be determined based on role-related criteria, including educational qualifications or equivalent experience, relevant work history, and the skills required for the role.
Associates degree in Electrical or Mechanical field. Seven years of semiconductor or solar equipment engineering or maintenance experience.
Three years of staff management experience.
Preferred Education and Experience
Ten years of semiconductor equipment experience.
