Equipment Operator

Job Responsibilities

As a Frac Equipment Operator, you will play a vital role in our operations, responsible for the following:

• Operate and maintain frac equipment, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and operational standards.


• Conduct pre-job inspections and post-job maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.


• Collaborate with team members to execute complex frac jobs, demonstrating effective communication and teamwork.


• Monitor equipment performance during operations and troubleshoot issues as they arise.


• Maintain accurate records of equipment usage and job performance.


• Participate in ongoing training to enhance skills and stay updated on industry best practices.


• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.


• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  


• Proven experience as a frac equipment operator or in a similar role within the oil and gas industry.


• Strong understanding of safety procedures and regulations.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.


• Ability to lift and carry 100lbs regulary.


• Willingness to work a 14 days on, 7 days off schedule, including overnight travel.

Preferred Skills

• CDL license.


• Experience with high-pressure pumping operations.


• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.


• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.


• Familiarity with hydraulic systems and equipment troubleshooting.
