What You'll Be Doing

• Operate mobile and plant equipment safely and efficiently to support production needs.
• Monitor plant processes and adjust controls to maintain product quality and flow.
• Conduct routine inspections, perform basic maintenance, and report equipment issues promptly.
• Assist with material handling, loading, stockpiling, and housekeeping tasks.
• Follow all safety procedures and collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
• Must meet all site-specific safety and compliance requirements throughout employment.

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
