Equipment Packer

MBM Hospitality, a full-service catering company is looking to add a detail-oriented and reliable Equipment Packer to join our team. The Equipment Packer will be responsible for preparing, packaging, and labeling equipment for events ensuring that all items are packed securely and meet company and industry standards of cleanliness. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pack equipment and materials securely for all events.
• Loading & Unloading Vans with equipment required for events.
• Ensure that all items are correctly labeled and documented.
• Inspect equipment for defects or missing components before packing.
• Maintain accurate records of packed items
• Operate packing machinery and tools as needed.
• Inventory control & maintenance of both Pack Room & Kitchen Equipment including food.
• Ensuring all catering & kitchen equipment is clean, sanitized, and functional
• Follow safety guidelines and company procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Teamwork: Coordinating with other production team members to maintain smooth workflow

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Previous experience in packing, warehouse, or logistics is a plus.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items up to 50lbs
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of shipping and handling procedures.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks.
• Must have clear background, cleaning driving record, valid DL, reliable transportation.

Job Type: Fulltime

Schedule: 8-hour shift, 40 Hours a Week, 5 Days a week
