  负责公司大型专业设备的安装、调试、维修及日常维护

  建立并执行设备维护计划，确保设备稳定运行

  诊断并解决设备故障，提出改进与优化建议

  管理相关维修记录、技术文档及备件使用情况

  与运营及工程团队协作，提高设备运行效率与安全性

任职要求

• 
  具有大型专业机械设备维修、维护及管理相关经验


• 
  熟悉机械、电气或自动化设备的基本原理与故障排查流程


• 
  具备良好的动手能力、问题分析能力及责任心


• 
  能够在现场（On-site）工作，适应周一至周五（Mon–Fri）正常工作时间


• 
  具有团队合作精神，沟通能力良好

Job Responsibilities

Install, commission, repair, and perform routine maintenance on large-scale specialized equipment

Develop and execute equipment maintenance schedules to ensure stable operation

Diagnose and resolve equipment malfunctions, proposing improvement and optimization recommendations

Manage repair records, technical documentation, and spare parts usage

Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to enhance equipment efficiency and safety

Qualifications

Proven experience in repairing, maintaining, and managing large-scale specialized machinery

Thorough understanding of mechanical, electrical, or automation equipment fundamentals and troubleshooting procedures

Strong hands-on skills, problem-solving abilities, and a high sense of responsibility

Able to work on-site during standard Monday–Friday business hours
