Associate Attorney



We are seeking qualified candidates interested in the practice of employee benefits law and related litigation and who have an affinity for our clients and our practice area. Candidates should have exemplary writing and analytical skills, a strong academic background and DC bar membership or eligibility to waive into the DC bar.

Candidates interested in applying for lateral compliance associate positions should have experience in issues arising under Titles I, II and IV of ERISA.

Candidates interested in applying for lateral litigation associate positions should have experience in federal courts; experience representing Taft-Hartley trust funds is preferred.
