Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join our team as an Espanol Pick & Pack Temporary Employee. This is a full-time temporary position, with the possibility of extension or conversion to a permanent role based on performance and business needs.

Job Responsibilities:

- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently

- Verify and record items picked and packed for shipment

- Ensure all products are labeled correctly and packaged securely

- Maintain a clean and organized work area

- Follow safety procedures and regulations at all times

- Communicate any issues or discrepancies with orders to the supervisor

- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed

- Other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Bilingual in English and Spanish

- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center preferred

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods of time

- Attention to detail and accuracy

- Strong communication and teamwork skills

- Basic computer skills

- Must be able to start work immediately

Working Conditions:

This is a fast-paced and physically demanding job, requiring the ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods of time. The work environment may be noisy and may involve exposure to dust, fumes, and other warehouse-related hazards. Personal protective equipment will be provided.

Contract Details:

This is a full-time temporary position, with the possibility of extension or conversion to a permanent role. The hours of work are Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with occasional overtime as needed. The pay rate will be based on experience.
