Location
Jupiter, Florida — full-time, on-site. This opportunity is ideal for a legal assistant who enjoys working closely with attorneys, clients, and a collaborative office team.
Note
Candidates must have 3+ years of legal assistant experience. Estate planning and probate experience is preferred but is not required and will be considered a soft-screen qualification.

Job Description
- Provide day-to-day administrative and legal support to attorneys handling estate planning, probate, and related matters.
- Assist with preparing, organizing, and maintaining legal documents, correspondence, and client files.
- Coordinate client meetings, appointments, calls, and other communications.
- Communicate professionally with clients and assist with gathering information and documentation.
- Support attorneys with deadlines, filings, document preparation, and case-related administrative tasks.
- Maintain accurate and organized electronic and physical files.
- Assist with client intake, engagement documentation, scheduling, and follow-up.
- Track important deadlines and help ensure matters move forward efficiently.
- Work collaboratively with attorneys and other team members to provide an exceptional client experience.
- Handle multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of legal assistant experience.
- Estate planning and probate experience preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Professional and client-service oriented.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook.
- Experience in a law firm environment strongly preferred.
