Location
Lewes, Delaware — primarily in-office to support strong client relationships and hands-on onboarding, with flexibility for an occasional remote day once you are fully ramped up on our systems and caseload.
Note:
Must be licensed and in good standing with the Delaware Bar, have at least 1+ year of concentrated estates and trusts experience, and have independently managed a legal caseload with real drafting and client-facing responsibility.

Job Description
- Manage an estate planning caseload with increasing independence and ownership.
- Draft and review wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, and related estate planning documents.
- Meet directly with clients to understand their goals, explain legal options, and develop tailored planning strategies.
- Handle matters through appropriate stages of estate planning, administration, and probate.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, families, fiduciaries, and other professionals.
- Identify additional planning needs and provide thoughtful legal guidance across related areas.
- Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and legal support staff to deliver an exceptional client experience.
- Contribute to matters involving business law, guardianships, and prenuptial agreements when appropriate.
- Use legal technology and case management systems, including CLIO, to manage matters efficiently.
Qualifications
- Active Delaware Bar license and good standing.
- 1+ year of concentrated estates and trusts experience.
- Demonstrated experience drafting wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives.
- Ability to independently manage a client caseload.
- Strong client communication, writing, organization, and legal judgment.
- Estate administration, probate, guardianship, business law, or prenuptial agreement experience is a strong plus.
- CLIO experience is a strong plus.
- Solo practice experience is welcome, particularly where it includes substantial drafting and direct client management.

- 1 to 2 years: $100,000 to $110,000
- 3 to 4 years: $110,000 to $122,500
