Job Description
- Advise clients on estate planning strategies tailored to their personal, family, and financial objectives
- Draft and review wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents
- Guide clients through trust and estate-related matters with a high level of care and responsiveness
- Identify tax, wealth transfer, and succession planning considerations that may impact client strategies
- Assist business owners with estate and succession planning involving closely held businesses
- Collaborate with clients, accountants, financial advisors, and other professionals when appropriate
- Manage matters independently while maintaining strong communication and attention to detail
- Develop trusted, long-term relationships with clients and their families
Qualifications
- Active Pennsylvania Bar license in good standing
- 3+ years of directly relevant estate planning experience
- Strong experience drafting estate planning documents, including wills and trusts
- Excellent legal writing, analytical, and client communication skills
- Ability to independently manage client matters and deadlines
- Experience with trusts, estate administration, tax planning, or business succession planning is preferred

- 5 to 7 years: $145,000 to $160,000;
