Estate Planning Partner Attorney

What we're looking for:

We need a senior Trusts & Estates attorney (6–10+ years) with a strong tax background who thrives on sophisticated, high-net-worth estate planning work. You should be comfortable navigating complex family dynamics and sensitive personal matters, with a track record of delivering technically excellent work on complex estates (the firm recently handled a $400M estate). Bonus points if you have a portable book of business ($1M+) and are ready to step into a partner-level role immediately.

What you'll do:

• Handle sophisticated estate planning, trusts, and high-net-worth wealth transfer matters involving complex tax structures and significant personal/family dynamics


• Take ownership of client relationships in the Trusts & Estates department, stepping into a busy practice that needs senior-level support immediately


• Work closely with the T&E Department Head (Charles Capetanakis) and Co-Managing Partner (Jeffrey Citron) to serve existing clients and grow the practice


• Develop and execute complex estate plans involving blended families, special needs considerations, and multi-generational wealth transfer strategies


• Build your own book of business over time with firm support — earning 15% origination credit from dollar one on any business you bring in


• Collaborate cross-functionally with the firm's government relations, commercial law, and litigation practices to deliver full-service solutions to estate planning clients


• Contribute to the firm's long-term succession plan as a key member of the institutional leadership pipeline
