Esthetician Medspa

Excell MedSpa is looking for a passionate esthetician to join our team. As an esthetician at Excell MedSpa, you will have the opportunity to showcase your expertise in skincare treatments, including facials, and other advanced esthetic procedures. Your role will involve building meaningful connections with clients, understanding their unique skincare needs, and providing personalized recommendations to help them achieve optimal skin health and beauty.

Responsibilities:

• Perform a wide range of skincare treatments, including facials, HydraFacials, and other advanced esthetic procedures.


• Conduct comprehensive skin consultations to assess clients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans.


• Educate clients on effective skincare regimens and recommend suitable products for their at-home use.


• Maintain a clean and serene treatment room, ensuring a comfortable and professional environment for clients.


• Stay informed about the latest industry trends, techniques, and advancements in esthetics.


• Have an excellent standard of service and maintains protocols.


• Develop a specific treatment plan for clients and an ongoing follow-up.


• Educate patients on products to enhance their procedures.


• Ensure patient's safety and comfort and smooth flow of patient care.


• Assist with scheduling of patients' treatments.


• Maintain supplies and equipment for treatments, including equipment sterilization.
  


• Accurate charting and clinical documentation of each client when required.


• Motivated and excited to learn and operate new aesthetic machines and offerings.


• Create content and post on our social media accounts daily. 

Positional Available: Part-time with Full-time potential

Requirements:

- Experience Preferred: 1 year in a med spa setting

- Esthetician Licensed in the State of California

- Weekend availability required
