Support the department by creating all commercial & residential leads/opportunities in Salesforce.
Download, update and send any important information that is received such as addenda’s, memos, or any bid due dates that have changed.
Lead 8 am estimating meeting
Permits
Pulls permits and helps with the permitting process and understand each individual jurisdiction process and how it flows.
Follow the permit process and work with estimators and the business development team to receive any missing information that the jurisdiction is asking for.
Schedule deck inspections and final inspections
Have a full and complete understanding of IBC and work with staff architect to make sure that we are adhering to those standards while pulling permits.
Develop and update qualification forms such as, - Safety plan, QA/QC plan, Resumes, Projects, Number of Employees, OSHA forms, Business licenses and Company profile.
Manage closeout documents for all projects
Request and enter Substantial completion dates
Create and import warranty information
Closely monitor the results of the bids and update them in the appropriate folder.
Work with CPO to schedules new employee training and 30-, 60-, and 90-day check-ins.
Provide support on clarity on responsibilities and questions surrounding the estimating process.
Provide functional support for the day-to-day operations.
Qualifications
Management experience
Experience working with Federal and State business
Some contract experience
Construction experience preferred
The ability to work with both internal and external customers at all levels
Have an understanding of performance management skills
Communication proficiency
Ethical conduct
