Estimator position for large HVAC/Plumbing Contractor in Sacramento, CA

We are a large, growing HVAC/Plumbing Mechanical Contractor currently looking for an Estimator to join our team.  This is a permanent position with a great salary and benefits package as well as career-growth opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Work with Quickpen/Accubid, BlueBeam and MS Excel


• Build accurate estimates and takeoffs for current and future projects


• Work with Chief Estimator, Purchasing and Project Management team


• Coordinate with Owners and General Contractors


• Communicate with Vendors and Suppliers for materials pricing

Required experience:

• Work on large hvac/plumbing projects for Mechanical/Plumbing Contractor


• Local in Sacramento


• Stable work-history

Preferred qualifications:

• Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management


• Technical knowledge in Quickpen, BlueBeam, MS Excel, among others


• Prior field experience
