Estimator - Cronin Collision Center

Description of the role:

Cronin Collision Center, a member of Cronin Automotive, is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Estimator to join our team. As an Estimator, you will play a crucial role in our booming Collision Center business. This is a fast-paced and professional workplace where you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional customer experiences and contribute to the success of our team.

Responsibilities:

• Examine damaged vehicles to determine the extent of structural, body, mechanical, or interior damage


• Assess sale of service based on inspection and provide written estimates to customers and/or insurance companies


• Manage each repair throughout the process and keep customers informed


• Submit final bills to insurance companies upon completion of vehicle repairs


• Participate in daily Production Meetings with Techs and Management to collaborate and ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

• Recent experience as an Estimator in a body shop, collision center, or with an insurance company


• Positive, friendly attitude with a focus on exceptional customer service


• Strong math, reading, and computer skills


• Knowledge and ability to use CCC One software management system


• High School Diploma or equivalent


• Interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with employees and customers at all levels


• Strong knowledge of proper paint and repair procedures is a plus


• I-CAR Certified or willing to complete I-CAR Training
