Estimator (Hybrid Remote Atlanta)

CONSTRUCTION ESTIMATOR

Position:

• Estimator
• $45,000 base + Commissions = $75,000 - $125,000 OTE

Location:

• Training at Company Headquarters
• Fully Remote options are available with occasional Office and Job Site visits
• Must live in the Atlanta area!!!

Requirements:

• Experienced in reading Structural, Architectural, and Civil plans (min. 3-5 yrs)
• Product Knowledge in terms of basic construction building materials
• High proficiency in working with rebar shop drawings

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive estimating services including slab packages, rebar shop drawings and fabrication, material takeoffs, submittal packages, specification review, and value engineering to ensure the company meets or exceeds sales goals.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to generate and qualify leads for products and services within our standard product offering.
• Conduct thorough job material analyses for quoting prospects, ensuring accuracy and competitive pricing.
• Utilize rebar takeoff software to meticulously analyze job plans for specific products and materials required by customers for quoting purposes.
• Complete and submit architect and general contractor pre-qualification forms.
• Drive the expansion of our presence by establishing connections with new architects, general contractors, and subcontractors.
