ETL Developer

• Must have strong knowledge and at least five years' experience Teradata DB design and development and performance tuning. 

• Expertise in Teradata V2R14.x systems and used utilities like MultiLoad, FastLoad, FastExport, BTEQ, TPump, Teradata SQL, TPT. 

• Must have strong knowledge and at least five years' experience as a developer of ETL applications with advanced features of Informatica PowerCenter 9 like Power Exchange. 

• Must have strong analysis and design skills, translating requirements to technical specifications and design documents. 

• Must demonstrate analytical and problem solving skills, particularly those that apply to Data Warehouse and Big Data environments 

• Experience in Scripting using Unix Shell Script, Python, and Perl. 

• Experience in implementing large-scale Data Warehouse projects, with Hadoop development experience using JAVA, Hive, Pig is a plus. 

• Experience in data modeling using Power Designer will be a plus. 

• Experience in Reporting using MicroStrategy /Tableau will be a plus. 

• Agile experience. Able to work independently and as part of a team, 

• Background in data warehousing with Finance / Banking industry is a plus. 

• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
