Evening Desk Agent

Are you a friendly, service-oriented professional looking to join a growing team? We’re seeking an enthusiastic Front Desk Agent for our conveniently located La Quinta Inn & Suites near Portland Airport. This is a PM shift (3 PM – 11 PM) position with on-the-job training provided.

Job Summary

Front Desk Agents are the first point of contact for our guests and play a key role in creating a welcoming experience. Responsibilities include:

• Greeting and registering guests
• Managing reservations and modifications
• Handling guest inquiries and providing concierge-level assistance
• Ensuring smooth check-in/check-out processes
• Delivering exceptional service throughout the guest’s stay

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and professionally in accordance with brand standards
• Maintain a neat, professional appearance (uniform and name tag required)
• Answer guest inquiries about hotel services, local attractions, and transportation
• Handle requests for information, mail, and messages promptly and courteously
• Operate the Front Desk computer system efficiently
• Assist with guest needs, including delivering items when necessary
• Maintain cleanliness and safety throughout the property
• Support team members and other departments as needed
