- Monitor and restock supplies such as towels and amenities; deliver requested items to guest rooms as needed

- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate departments

- Support front desk staff with various tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations

- Uphold cleanliness standards in all assigned areas and ensure guest comfort
