Evening/Weekend Greeter

Richard Chevrolet is seeking a part-time evening/weekend greeter/receptionist for its Sales Department. The position is permanent and the hours are Monday - Thursday 5p - 7:30p, Saturdays 9a - 5p and the last Sunday of the month from 10a - 3p.  We are looking for an individual to greet customers and perform a range of administrative and sales support functions for the sales team.  There is also an opportunity to earn extra hours during the weekday assisting with vacation coverage for the day receptionist and/or our rental associate. 

The candidate will answer incoming calls, greet walk-in customers, keep various excel spreadsheets updated and assist with other clerical functions. The right candidate needs to be organized, well spoken, have an attention to detail, positive attitude, and upbeat demeanor.  Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is preferred.
