Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and sales-oriented Event and Brand Assistant to support promotional events, brand representation, customer engagement, and sales initiatives. Responsibilities

• Represent the brand at promotional events and community activities.
• Present and explain products and services clearly and professionally.
• Support promotional activities designed to generate customer interest and sales.
• Assist with event setup, displays, promotional materials, and supplies.
• Build positive customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
• Follow up with prospective customers to support sales opportunities.
• Support individual and team sales goals during events.
• Collaborate with team members to execute successful promotional activities.
• Participate in ongoing sales training and professional development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Comfortable interacting with customers in person.

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, marketing, promotions, or events is a plus but not required.
