Event Coordinator

This entry-level position provides food and beverage service at weddings, meetings, celebrations, and other hosted events.

What the job feels like
Active, people-facing and service-oriented. This is an on-site hospitality role with regular face-to-face interaction with guests, visitors, clients, attendees, members, or coworkers. It is not a remote position.

Primary areas of ownership

·       Prepare tables and event service areas

·       Serve food and beverages according to event standards

·       Interact professionally with guests throughout the function

·       Assist with resets, breakdown, and transitions between events

Entry-level qualifications: A strong fit is personable, dependable, composed in busy environments, comfortable starting conversations, attentive to details, and motivated to create a positive guest experience. Prior hospitality experience can be helpful, but many employers provide training for entry-level hires.
