Role Overview

We are hiring an Event Marketing Specialist to help deliver U.S. customer events, conferences, and technical programs. Based in Santa Clara, you will work closely with the marketing team on events, communications, and on-site execution. This entry-level role is suited to a recent graduate who enjoys organizing details, working with people, and seeing an event plan come together.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of U.S. marketing programs, including customer events, technical workshops, conferences, and partner activities.

• Coordinate event logistics, vendors, materials, and on-site activities to deliver a professional and welcoming attendee experience.

• Maintain project timelines, checklists, budgets, and schedules; communicate progress and flag issues early.

• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and technical teams to prepare presentations, event materials, and communications for technical audiences.

• Support event promotion and digital marketing through email campaigns, website updates, and social media content.

• Maintain attendee and campaign data in CRM and marketing tools, coordinate follow-up, and compile performance reports.

• Contribute to visual assets for events, presentations, and web content based on your design skills and interests.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant experience. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply; internships and campus event experience count.

• Experience organizing events or projects through work, student organizations, internship or volunteering.

• Strong organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage checklists, deadlines, and changing priorities.

• Clear written and verbal communication and a friendly, professional approach to technical audience.

• Comfort using Microsoft or Google suite, email, presentation tools, CRM, and other digital marketing tools; willingness to learn AI platforms. Graphic design or web visual design skills are a plus.

• Ability to support events within the U.S., with occasional evening or weekend work around events.

• Interest in AI and semiconductors. Prior technical or semiconductor industry experience is not required.

• $80K/yr – $95K/yr base salary + equity. Open to above-scale compensation for exceptional candidates.
