Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and energetic Event Setup Assistant to help prepare promotional events, organize materials, and support successful event operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, working with a team, and contributing to organized and engaging customer-focused events.

Responsibilities

• Assist with setting up event areas before promotional activities.
• Help organize event materials for efficient setup and use.
• Assist with transporting and positioning event supplies as needed.
• Support event breakdown and cleanup after activities.
• Help maintain clean, organized, and professional event areas.
• Assist team members with event preparation and daily activities.
• Help ensure promotional materials and displays are properly arranged.
• Support event staff during customer-facing activities when needed.
• Communicate supply or setup concerns to team members.
• Follow established safety and workplace guidelines.
• Work efficiently to complete setup activities on schedule.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to perform hands-on physical tasks.
• Comfortable standing, walking, lifting, and moving event materials.
• Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Previous event, hospitality, retail, warehouse, production, or setup experience is a plus but not required.
