Position Summary
The Event Setup Assistant will provide hands-on support before, during, and after events. Responsibilities include organizing supplies, setting up displays, assisting with event materials, and helping with breakdown.

Responsibilities

• Set up tables, displays, signage, and promotional materials
• Organize event supplies and equipment
• Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials
• Arrange event spaces according to provided instructions
• Keep event areas clean and organized
• Ensure necessary materials are available before and during events
• Support event staff with on-site activities
• Assist attendees when needed
• Break down displays and pack materials after events
• Return supplies and equipment to designated storage areas
• Follow safety procedures and supervisor instructions

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reliable and punctual
• Comfortable with standing, walking, lifting, and moving materials
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to follow directions carefully
• Positive and team-oriented attitude
• Previous event, hospitality, retail, warehouse, or setup experience is helpful
