Excavation Foreman

Greater Columbus (Hilliard), OH. Full-time. $2,500 sign-on bonus.

Join one of Ohio's largest and fastest-growing residential home-services companies. As an Excavation Foreman, you lead the crew and own residential excavation and installation work from start to finish.

What you'll do

Lead excavation crews on residential plumbing installs, plan and execute digs efficiently and safely, coordinate with the team, and ensure a consistent customer experience.

What we're looking for

Experienced excavation or underground leads ready to run a crew. Strong jobsite ownership and safety focus. A valid driver's license with a clean, insurable record. Ability to pass a background check.

Compensation

$25 to $30 per hour, plus a $2,500 sign-on bonus and a full benefits package.
