Executive Assistant

The Executive Assistant manages scheduling, client communication, client experience, and administrative tasks to ensure the advisors can focus on client relationships and strategic financial planning.

Salary range $60,000-$80,000 depending on experience + best in class benefits.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

 Team Support

• Manage calendar and email inbox for wealth management advisor


• Schedule client meetings


• Manage client experience


• Keep electronic files organized


• Update and maintain CRM system


• Coordinate all mailing


• Generate various reports


• Track licensing/certifications

• Commitment to maintain a high degree of confidentiality


• Work effectively with people at all levels


• Present a helpful, get-it-done attitude


• Strong written and oral communication skills


• High attention to detail and organizational skills


• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
