About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized Executive Assistant to provide direct support to senior leadership. This position will manage executive calendars, coordinate meetings and travel, prepare reports, assist with procurement and finance administration, and ensure smooth day-to-day executive operations.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of Executive Assistant or administrative experience.
  • Background in finance, procurement, or business operations preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and modern business collaboration tools.
