Key Responsibilities

• Greeting every customer and visitor promptly, warmly and professionally


• Answering phone calls


• Organizing the monthly calendar for the Sales Team


• Ordering supplies for the Sales and Service Department


• Stocking vehicles into our dealer management software


• Pulling and entering invoices


• Keeping the daily sales spreadsheet current


• Scheduling minor appointments for service


• Assisting the Sales team to maintain smooth workflow
