Job Description Summary:

As an Executive Casino Host, you build and maintain strong relationships with high-value players, driving guest loyalty and gaming revenue. You provide personalized service, attract and retain premium players, and ensure every interaction reflects the highest standards of hospitality and regulatory compliance.

 

 

Job Description:

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and courteous guest service consistent with the company’s guest service culture

  • Meet or exceed revenue, visitation, and player development goals as assigned by the Player Development department

  • Develop, maintain, and grow relationships with high-value guests through property hosting, off-property outreach, telemarketing, and email communications

  • Coordinate VIP reservations, accommodations, amenities, transportation, and bill-back paperwork to ensure a seamless guest experience

  • Proactively identify and engage new players, re-establish relationships with former guests, and promote loyalty club enrollment on the casino floor

  • Maintain current knowledge of all promotions, events, and amenities to accurately inform and assist guests

  • Exercise sound judgment when issuing comps and incentives based on play, profitability, and guest value

  • Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, if they apply to the position

  • Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company’s guest service culture standards

  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications 

  • Minimum 2 years of casino host or player development experience 

  • At least 4 years of customer service experience, preferably in a high-end hospitality or gaming environment 

  • Ability to manage multiple guests needs simultaneously 

  • Committed to fostering a respectful, inclusive, and safety-conscious work environment 

  • Ability to access and input information using casino marketing systems such as CMS and LMS preferred 

  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Word; familiarity with collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams

Requirements 

  • At least 21 years of age 

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required 

  • Ability to effectively communicate in English, both written and verbal 

  • Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company 

  • Verify right to work in the United States 

Work Cards 

  • Alcohol Awareness Card 

  • Nevada Gaming Registration 

Physical Requirements 

  • Occasionally push/pull up to 25lbs  

  • Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 25lbs at floor, knee, waist, and chest levels 

  • Occasionally squat, kneel, reach, bend, twist 

  • Regularly sit and work at a desk or computer  

  • Frequently standing and walking 

  • Ability to communicate using in-person speech, radios, and telephone  

  • Ability to hear, understand, and distinguish speech and/or other sound in person
