Job Description:

The Executive Chef will oversee all aspects of the main kitchen. Plan, implement budgets, hire, train and supervise subordinates and apply relevant marketing principles to assure that the wants and needs of the guests are consistently exceeded. Create and implement new menus for food & beverage outlets, voyager 47 and banquets. Assist in strategic planning for F&B components of assets under company management. Support catering and event management in partnership with Sales and other departments as needed.
Minimum Requirements
Previous resort/hotel experience is preferred.

Base pay ranges from $88,000.00 - $130,000.00, based on factors such as applicant skill, experience, education.
