EXECUTIVE CHEF – LIB'S GRILL | BEL AIR

WHO YOU ARE

You're more than a technically strong chef — you're a culture carrier. You hold yourself accountable, show up for your team, and bring steady leadership when the heat is on. You communicate clearly, work clean, and never stop looking for ways to get better.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Drive kitchen operations that are consistent, efficient, and always guest-first
• Lead menu development and culinary innovation that reflects our brand's standards
• Build and develop a high-performing culinary team through hands-on coaching and mentorship
• Own food cost management, inventory control, and vendor relationships
• Uphold health, safety, and sanitation standards without exception
• Contribute to brand presence using our tech-forward systems — scheduling platforms, cloud-based tools, and social media
• Champion the Lib's core values on the floor, every shift

WHAT YOU BRING

• 5+ years of kitchen leadership experience
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
• Comfort with modern kitchen tech and operational tools
• Ability to lift and carry 10–55 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Reliable transportation
• Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus

• Competitive compensation: $60,000–$75,000 annually
