Executive Coaching Program Manager

Crowned Grace International (CGINTL) seeks an Executive Coaching Program Manager to play a vital role in shaping federal leadership by overseeing coaching and service delivery, making a meaningful difference at the highest levels. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain consistent and clear communication with the department's designated Contracting Officer's Representative and Program Manager to ensure alignment and trust. Lead the initial kickoff meeting to review program objectives, expectations, deliverables, and implementation requirements.


• Develop and maintain an implementation approach aligned to the department's objectives, including timelines, processes, communication strategies, and service delivery activities.


• Receive and act on BPA calls and orders issued by requesting Operating Administrations, and coordinate delivery across them.


• Resolve challenges and issues related to the quality of services delivered, including engagements that are not progressing.


• Coordinate scheduling and administrative activities supporting successful program implementation.


• Oversee coaching intake, coach matching, chemistry calls, and rematch decisions, ensuring the process meets service-level timelines and supports impactful coaching experiences. Direct and supervise all coaching personnel on the program, including subcontractor personnel, consistent with the non-personal services provisions of the Performance Work Statement.


• Manage bench capacity, allocation, and surge response as participant volume changes.


• Review and approve program communications and outreach materials before routing them to the Department for approval.


• Own preparation and on-time submission of the monthly coaching status report and its full data set.


• Own the annual summary report, including participation trends and substantive continuous improvement recommendations.


• Maintain the quality control plan and the performance metrics by which the program is assessed, including participant satisfaction scores and program delivery timelines, to ensure continuous improvement and accountability. Safeguard coaching confidentiality, ensuring that reporting to the Department remains at the aggregate and participation level and never discloses session content.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher.


• ICF credential at the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) or Master Certified Coach (MCC) level, in current standing.


• At least five years of experience working in the federal government.


• Demonstrated program management experience on professional services engagements of comparable size, scope, and complexity.
