Compensation & Earnings Potential:

• Paid training during your first 30 / 60 / 90 days


• Base pay during ramp-up, transitioning to commission


• Top performers earn $150,000 – $170,000+ annually

What You’ll Do:

• Meet with homeowners to understand their needs and goals


• Design custom window treatment solutions tailored to each home


• Measure and plan projects accurately


• Present solutions and guide clients through confident decision-making


• Coordinate with our installation team for seamless project execution


• Build relationships that generate referrals and repeat business
