Executive Directors are our Senior-most directors, “experts consulting our leaders”.

They are responsible for communicating vision, ensuring our standards are being upheld

while protecting our values, and developing other leaders for effectiveness.

An executive director at Chick-fil-A is responsible for the day-to-day management of a store and the strategic planning of the organization. They lead a team of over 100 people, including store leaders, and work with the owner/operator to execute the strategic plan. 

Some responsibilities of an executive director include: 

• Developing and implementing systems for high-performance teams
• Ensuring the restaurant meets food safety, quality, and customer service standards
• Creating a culture of growth and development for team members
• Leading the development of the store's vision and direction
• Using financial and operational reports to make decisions about sales, productivity, and customer satisfaction
• Upholding Chick-fil-A standards
