Salus Homecare is seeking an experienced, results-driven Executive Director to lead our Ventura County operations. This role is responsible for overall branch performance, including growth, client experience, caregiver operations, team leadership, compliance, and financial results.

What You’ll Do

• Lead day-to-day operations and drive branch growth and profitability.


• Build strong referral relationships with healthcare providers and community partners.


• Ensure an exceptional experience for clients, families, and caregivers.


• Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing local team.


• Oversee staffing, service delivery, quality, and operational performance.


• Maintain compliance with California home care requirements and Salus standards.


• Monitor key performance metrics and execute plans to achieve business goals.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven leadership experience in home care, healthcare, senior care, or a related service business.


• Strong business development and relationship-building skills.


• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage operational and financial performance.


• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.


• Knowledge of the Ventura County healthcare and senior-care market is strongly preferred.


• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
