Summary of Position

Reporting directly to the Lead Executive Pastor, the Executive Pastor of Ministries is the primary person responsible for overseeing the Adult, Weekend Production/Worship, and Next Gen ministries at MISSION Community Church.

Primary Responsibilities: 

• Work directly with the Lead Executive Pastor in meeting strategic priorities and outcomes for MISSION. 


• Oversee and lead the Adult Ministries Department, which includes Life Groups, Men’s, Women’s, Seniors, Young Adults, Care Ministries, Baptisms, Benevolence, Prayer Teams, Interest Groups and Local and Global Impact. 


• Oversee the Impact budget (Local and Global missions) and manage healthy relationships with our current Impact partners (three global, twelve local, and global missionaries). 


• Oversee mid-week studies and classes that provide spiritual growth through community. 


• Oversee Anthem Youth and MISSION Kids ministries. 


• Oversee weekend production and worship.

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s Degree, Masters preferred


• At least 5 years of ministry experience, Executive level preferred


• Strong management and leadership skills
