We’re looking for a detail-oriented, creative, and people-focused Executive Relations Specialist to support the execution of key initiatives across the organization. Working closely with the Chief of Staff, this role helps bring projects to life, especially events, experiences, and internal operations that strengthen relationships and culture. This is a highly collaborative role for someone who loves both logistics and people, and thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
Support the Chief of Staff in executing cross-functional projects and organizational initiatives
Plan, coordinate, and execute events, retreats, and team experiences with a high level of detail and creativity
Manage logistics including timelines, materials, communication, and on-the-ground execution for events
Assist in creating presentations, materials, and internal communications
Help design thoughtful and engaging experiences that reflect HXP’s mission and culture
Coordinate with multiple teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution of projects
Maintain organized systems for tracking projects, tasks, and event details
Provide operational and administrative support to keep projects moving forward
Anticipate needs, solve problems quickly, and adapt to changing priorities
Contribute ideas to enhance events, processes, and team experiences
Experience in event coordination, project support, operations, or a related role
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with a variety of personalities
Creative thinker with an eye for design and experience-building
Effective communicator, both written and verbal
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proactive, dependable, and eager to support team success
Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Google Slides, etc.) are a plus
Passion for travel, service, youth development, or humanitarian work is a bonus
Part-Time Schedule:
Onsite M/W/F (8:45 AM – 4:45 PM)
