Responsible for improving customer service, developing, implementing new promotions, maintaining, and cultivating relationships with VIP customers. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Mau lead and direct the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Ability to approve credit and manage reinvestments on guests by applying complimentaries according to guidelines. Responsible for developing and increasing guest visits and play habits. Responsible for filing events based on play criteria. Responsible for acquiring new and inactive business. Approve credit.

Qualifications:

Communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management in both written and verbal form.  Well organized and detail oriented.  Available to work the hours necessary to complete functions and responsibilities. Must be able to obtain Gaming Registration. Must be professional and maintain confidentiality to surveillance operations and activities. Two (2) plus years experience preferred. Basic computer skills. Must be able to work quickly and accurately under high stress situations. Exercise general responsibilities necessary to minimize operation cost and maximize operational profits.
