APARTMENT LEASING EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED.

We need polished, dependable professionals who are ready to work and can step into a leasing office and hit the ground running.

Responsibilities

• Tour apartments and lease available units
• Answer phones and follow up with leads
• Process applications and verifications
• Track traffic, appointments, and leases
• Assist current and prospective residents
• Maintain knowledge of pricing, availability, and specials
• Assist with outreach marketing and resident retention
• Inspect units and community appearance as needed

Requirements

• Apartment leasing experience REQUIRED
• Professional appearance and communication skills
• Strong sales and customer service skills
• Reliable transportation
• Dependable and ready to work
• Bilingual is a plus
• Background screening and drug testing required
